All of our fitness classes are included with your membership at no extra cost, and are always open to drop-in passes. The majority of our classes are geared for ages 16 and older, however, our 13-15 year old members who have completed their Teen Orientation are able to attend classes as well.

Our schedules change with the season, demand, and instructor availability. This means typically our schedules change three times throughout the year – Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall.
