All of our fitness classes are included with your membership at no extra cost, and are always open to drop-in passes. The majority of our classes are geared for ages 16 and older, however our 13-15 year old members who have completed their Teen Orientation are able to attend classes as well. Our schedules change with the season, demand, and instructor availability. This means typically our schedules change three times throughout the year – Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall.
We provide all the equipment you need, all you are required to bring is your indoor sneakers and water. Most classes are drop in with no sign up required – those that have limited spots available are marked as such, and you are able to book your spot the day before the class by calling Membership Services.
