Chair Yoga

Fall Schedule

A gentle form of yoga that can be performed sitting on a chair or using the chair for standing mobility. This class is geared towards anyone with mobility concerns, but can be attended by anyone who is new to yoga or exercise.

Circuit Mix

Fall Schedule

This class is an opportunity to get a full body workout , including both cardio and strength segments moving around a circuit. The plan will change weekly and will include stations and drills using a variety of equipment.

Cycling *

Fall Schedule

Take on the challenge of climbs, intervals and sprints to help you improve cardiovascular endurance, build strength and burn calories to great music!

Interval Mix

Fall Schedule

This is a combination of cardio and resistance intervals. Your instructor will do a total body class using hand weights, steps, skipping ropes, body bars, resistance tubing and stability balls.

Kettle Plus

Fall Schedule

This is a kettle bell based strength class with an additional segment of core, cardio or strength. Each class will be slightly different and could use mats, suspension straps, stability balls, resistance bands or even cycles.

Line Dancing

Fall Schedule

Open to all levels and ages, this class is a great way to be more active, increase stamina, move rhythmically to music, improve balance, meet new friends, release stress and just have fun!

Low Impact Interval Mix

Fall Schedule

Walking and other “no bounce” activities mixed with muscular toning and strengthening exercises.  A variety of equipment will be used, but the class does not include any floor exercises.

Rec Basketball

Fall Schedule

Recreational basketball open for ages 16 & older, and active members ages 13 and older who have completed their teen orientation.

Step Intervals

Fall Schedule

This interval class combines a variety of equipment, but the cardio portion uses an aerobic step. The workout you get from this class is entirely up to you – vary the level of difficulty by changing the height of your step!

Suspension Training *

The combination of our Lifeline Jungle Gym XT suspension system with your own body weight will help you learn total body control, enhance your core stability, strengthen your stabilizer muscles and improve your balance.

Suspension Mix

Tabata Mix

Summer Schedule

This is a high intensity interval class. Each 4 minute segment requires 20 seconds of work followed by 10 second of rest (8 times). This class is simple in design but definitely a challenge for the spirit, mind and body.

Walk Fit

A program that incorporates an upper & lower body workout while walking.

Yoga

Fall Schedule

A beginner/intermediate class that blends physical activity & stretching where each individual moves at their own pace. Helps build greater strength and flexibility as it reduces stress and nourishes the soul.

Aquatic Fitness Classes

Aqua Yoga

Fall Schedule

Slow flowing movements with little to no weight on the joints. Aqua Yoga improves balance, strengthens and lengthens tight muscles, tones internal organs, builds a strong core and pelvic floor muscles.

Aqua Walk Fit

Fall Schedule

Your favorite low impact fitness class is now being offered in the water! Walking in water is an excellent way to get in your cardio and strengthen your muscles while putting less pressure and stress on your bones & joints.

Deep Water Aqua Fit

Fall Schedule

This class offers a combination of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning using floatation devices. Aqua Deep is a great way to burn calories and tone-up in a total non-impact environment. It is recommended that you are comfortable in deep water without assistance.

Shallow Water Aqua Fit

Fall Schedule

This multi-level aqua workout offers both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning using the waters resistance to condition the entire body with minimal impact on joints.

Youth and Teen Programs

Child Minding

Fall Schedule

Our staff will keep your child entertained and engaged with fun, age appropriate activities in a designated space just for child minding while you get your workout in! This is available to both members and non-members for just $3 an hour, and is provided on a first book, first serve basis. Pre-book your child’s space up to one day before!  Please contact the Membership Services Desk to reserve your spot.

Indoor Playground

Fall Schedule

Children 5 years of age and under can run, jump, crawl, play and enjoy a variety of equipment in this unstructured open gym. As this is an unsupervised activity, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. (Free with child membership; without a membership cost is $3)

Open Gym

Fall Schedule

An opportunity to access open gym time for basketball or volleyball. If necessary, the gym can be divided to accommodate larger groups or varying ages. No hockey nets or additional equipment available.

Teen Orientation (Ages 13-15)

Fall Schedule

A requirement for members ages 13-15 to access the Cross Training area. This orientation takes between 1-2 hours. Please contact the Membership Services Desk to make an appointment.

Youth Intro to Fitness (Ages 10-15)

Fall Schedule

Beginning July 2, we will begin offering workout sessions on Sunday mornings from 10:00 – 11:00am in the cardio room for members who are 10-15 years old. This program will be facilitated by one of our cross training staff. This is a drop in program that does not require sign up.

Kids Gym

Fall Schedule

Supervised gym time with a combination of planned activities (sports, obstacle courses, games, etc.) that will vary weekly, as well as free play time.

Youth Basketball

Fall Schedule

A basketball program for grades K-6 that focuses on learning basic skills and good sportsmanship.

Youth Volleyball

Fall Schedule

A volleyball program for grades 4-7 that focuses on learning the fundamentals of the game.

Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr.

Fall Schedule

A dance program for ages 4 through 11 featuring kid friendly dance routines, activities and games.
